Our program

As an entrepreneur referred by Anges Québec, take advantage of the Directors and Officers Liability insurance program to protect yourself against, among others:

  • Being held personally liable for unpaid wages, withholding taxes, income and other taxes in the event of a bankruptcy
  • Being sued by a competitor who considers your practice to be unfair
  • Being sued by a supplier for defamation following comments made by a manager you replaced because he or she did not meet your needs

Main coverages 

  • Limit of $1 or $2 million
  • HR Assistance coverage (HR advice line)
  • Basic premium starting at $3,750
  • Possibility of adding additional coverages, such as employment practices liability*

In order to benefit from these coverages, you must be referred by Anges Québec**.
